Staples Needs to Get Organized

I submitted a print project to Staples in Palm Bay Florida on Friday 4/27/07. It is a simple project for book marks.
The person that was assisting me told me that she required
$60.00 upront. Another store employee came over and said I didnt need to pay anything until I received a sample of the work. I was told that they would submit the order first thing Saturday morning 4/28/07. I called 4/30/07 Monday to check on the order and was told it had never been sent out for processing. I was assured that the order would be sent that day. I was also told that someone from Staples would contact me when the order was ready. Several days passed and I did not receive a call. I called Staples on 5/3/07 inquiring about the status of the print order. I was disconnected twice. I was left on hold for 15 minutes. When I finally talked to someone they said that they couldnt find my order, then they said that they were waiting for my approval for the Staples quote. I asked what quote? I was never given one. I was told on 4/27/07 that a sample of the job would be provided for my review and if it met with my approval they would complete the project and I would pay then. The information that I was receiving was so conflicting I contacted the manager of the store. The manager was rude, not helpful and quickly got me off the phone. After the fourth call I talked to someone who said they would call me back and give me the quote. I gave them my direct line. The person did call back fifteen minutes later to tell me that she did not have a quote! I had provided Staples with all the information for the project and was clear on how many book marks I wanted printed. The colors, picture, writing etc was all done for them. All I needed was for the printing to be done in a timely manner.
