Staples Refuses Return of their own Products

I purchased a dual monitor PCI card from Staples store 60 in Edmonton Canada.
Hours later I returned it because my computer was not compatible to that model (radeon x1300). The store manager accused me of switching products claiming the one in box I returned was not the same one I bought.
This is one of the most discusting ways to treat a customer and I will take this matter to extreme levels.
I will not be treated as such and will not EVER shop at Staples again.
