Problems with Sprint Family Plan Billing

I singed up of a family plan with Sprint. Almost two years ago. I now have only one month of hell to go through. Since I got the phone, I have had to call every Month since I got the phones (2) for my sister and I. I had to call to get texting taken off and then to get www taken off. Then there are charge again for service we dont have.
Heres the kicker though, My sister dropped her phone on the beach. I got stuck in something called car mode. After calling about the phone for many months I said Its broke just remove it from the plan. OF COURSE I STILL PAY FOR A FAMILY PLAN. Now I have a charge of $75.00 FOR A BROKEN PHONE THAT SUPPOSE TO BE OFF THE PLAN!!! I keep calling and finally they took off the 75.00 but when I asked if I could just pay for the last 59.99 and cancel the plan they said it would cost $200.00. I said I have only one month to go. After all we only got the phone for car break downs. I rarely use even a fifth of my free minutes.
