Forced to use NeX3

The apartment that i live in made me switch cable providers by shutting off my old one and making me take this NEX3, i pay more and recieve less now. The bad thing is my internet connection is horrible i think i can get a faster connection with dial-up and when i try to call the office they say theres problems in the area which has been about 3 weeks now. By the way, the guy got made that i said its the worst service i have every had and he said i wills take note of that and then he hung up on me. The major problem i have is that I cant even switch providers because they wont let me.
