Dont send cheques to pay your bill. In August I sent them an $80.00 cheque which they did cash but never posted to my account. When I noticed and inquired, we started going through all the channels to find out what happened, Ive faxed a copy of the cashed cheque to them twice and they are still telling me that they are waiting for it. Weve confirmed fax numbers, Several times theyve expressed that yes, indeed they have found that they are at fault and they will be posting the payment, yet 5 months later, I am still waiting. There is no authority that I can deal with because they have only call centres, so no one ever follows up. All I want is to see my $80.00 posted on my account and we can all go on with our lives.
